Qing Dynasty-Style Porcelain Vase – Qianlong Mark Republic period early 20th century
480,00 €
This is a Chinese porcelain vase , a later reproduction of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1736–1795), with a classic yuhuchunping (pear-shaped) form, featuring a rounded body that tapers into a narrow, elongated neck. The surface is finely decorated with intricate floral motifs, showcasing light turquoise peony blossoms—symbolizing wealth and honor—amid swirling brown leafy vines. These designs are delicately hand-painted and framed with traditional Chinese ornamentation.
The upper rim is encircled by a decorative border of red and turquoise heart-like floral patterns, reminiscent of traditional ruyi or lotus petal designs often seen in Qing dynasty porcelain. The base is finished with a vertical panel border, each containing red floral elements set against a turquoise background.
The vase’s overall palette—earthy browns, soft turquoise, and crimson—along with the glossy glaze, gives it a refined, antique-like appearance that reflects the elegance of Chinese ceramic artistry.
